One of the hardest parts of starting the week is finding the motivation to get started on all of the things you want to do. An easy way to motivate yourself quickly and in small doses is to have a mantra of some sort. To find a mantra all you need is a simple, easy to memorize phrase that motivates you. Your mantra can be anything that you don’t mind reminding yourself of constantly, but it can also change, so you don’t have to feel stuck with any one phrase.

While they seem simple, mantras can be fairly diverse, and different mantras can motivate you in different ways. They can be as specific or general as needed, and because of that, you might even end up needing more than one mantra for the different areas of your life.
