Thanksgiving is almost here (and shopping season is well underway), but with so many things to celebrate between now and the end of the year from Diwali this past week to New Year’s Eve it’s time to start putting together playlists and belting out your joy. Luckily, the cast of High School Musical:The Musical: The Series is bringing us a special and a whole new album just in time for the holidays.
“Singing one of my favorite Christmas songs with some of my favorite people!,” Frankie Rodriguez who plays Carlos in the series said on Instagram, “Save the date!” He performs “Feliz Navidad,” “Something in the Air,” and “That’s Christmas to Me” in the special.
The forty-five-minute special will include musical performances, holiday moments and memories from the cast, and even surprises from the forthcoming second season of the Disney Plus original show. High School Musical: The Musical: The Holiday Special starts streaming only on Disney Plus on December 11.
The soundtrack for the holiday special will be available on major music streaming platforms Friday, November 20, so you can start getting into the holiday spirit with your HSMTMTS favorites early.
