We’re only a little over a week away from the release of Olivia Rodrigo’s debut album Sour. This week, Olivia shared a teaser for the album that included behind the scenes from her first two singles, “drivers license” and “deja vu”, and a teaser for another track “good 4 u”.
The sixth track on Sour (right after “deja vu”!), “good 4 u” seems like it’ll be a revenge hit. With lyrics like “Well, good for you, I guess you moved on really easily / You found a new girl and it only took a couple weeks” and an alt-girl vibe, it’s going to follow the dreamy sound of “deja vu” with something grittier than what Olivia has shared so far.
“good 4 u” comes out Friday, May 14, 2021 at midnight, and she’ll giving her first performance of the song on Saturday Night Live this week.
