How does dance have a positive impact on your life?
Dance is not just a hobby for me; dance is my life. When I am dancing, I am a confident, strong, and independent Bailey. If I dance every second of the day, I keep that fierce attitude. This confidence has followed me outside of dance and has helped me achieve my goals in school, as well as gain kind friends who appreciate my self-confidence.
How do you want to use dance to have a positive influence on your community?
When I am dancing, people notice that same confident energy I feel. This energy makes people happier. If I can show and share that energy for the rest of my life I can share the happiness dance brings me as well. The vibes you see when I dance are contagious, and I am just trying to spread them to everyone.
