“I want to be an example of someone who believed in what they were passionate about, worked hard, and committed to their dream.”

How does dance have a positive impact on your life?

Dance has had a positive impact on my life by allowing me to have a healthy outlet to release my emotions and allows me to be myself when I’m dancing. Dance has provided me with best friends, amazing opportunities, and confidence in myself. I wouldn’t be the person I am today without dance and the people it has brought into my life.

How do you want to use dance to have a positive influence on your community?

I want to use dance to make a positive impact on my community by showing young dancers that they can achieve their goals with hard work and dedication. I want to be an example of someone who believed in what they were passionate about, worked hard, and committed to their dream.
