On Friday, we were surprised with an amazing announcement – So You Think You Can Dance has been renewed for its 15th season! After last season’s finale when Lex Ishimoto won the title of America’s Favorite Dancer, we have been biting our nails in anticipation of the return of this iconic competition show. Creator Nigel Lythgoe tweeted the announcement and so did last season’s celebrity judge Vanessa Hudgens. So, it seems like we will be continuing forward with the same panel of judges as last season.

So I can now tell all #SYTYCD fans we have been officially commissioned for Season 15. I look forward to bringing you more incredible dancers and choreography. Thank you @DANCEonFOX

Auditions for Season 15 are being held Friday, March 2, 2018 at the Gelsey Kirkland Academy of Classical Ballet in Brooklyn, New York. There will also be a Los Angeles audition time, but details for it have not been announced yet. With the New York auditions only a few weeks away and registration already open, now is the time to choreograph the perfect routine to win Mary, Nigel, and Vanessa’s hearts.
