In case you missed it, the 2023 Kids’ Choice Awards took place over the weekend. Hosted by Nate Burleson live from the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, the KCAs were a slime-filled showcase of celebs and excitement. From the opening dance medley to special awards given to Adam Sandler (King of Comedy) and Optimus Prime (Lifetime Achievement Award), the show was as energetic as ever.
Along with special awards, several icons received awards that came as no surprise. Taylor Swift and Harry Styles won Favorite Female Artist and Favorite Male Artist and Jenna Ortega won Favorite Female TV Star (Family) for playing Wednesday Addams (Wednesday also won Favorite Family TV Show). Charli D’Amelio took home the Blimp for Favorite Female Creator for the second year in a row.
