Brianna Lopez is a 13-year-old dancer from Arizona. She dances at The Studance Lab.

Tell us about your dance experience!

I have been dancing for over 10 years. I have danced all styles. That includes ballet, tap, lyrical, contemporary, hip-hop, and etc. I’ve been trained since the age of 2, and I have fell in love with it ever since.

How does dance have a positive impact on your life?

It impacts on my life because it helps me feel free and helps express my creativity.

How do you want to use dance to have a positive impact on your community?

I want to help any gender, body size, and any race out there who is to afraid to be themselves. I want them to know it’s ok to be yourself and be confident. Just love yourself and do what you love. Anyone and everyone can dance no matter what.
