Tell us about your dance experience!

I have been dancing since I was two years of age. I have been competing since I was five years of age. My favorite dance style is tap. I am trained in tap, jazz, hip hop, musical theater, lyrical, ballet, and contemporary.

How does dance have a positive impact on your life?

Dance is my outlet. I can express myself without being verbal. I am shy at heart and dance gives me the ability to vocal without talking.

How do you want to use dance to have a positive impact on your community?

I want other dancers to know that they are a great dancer. They do not have to compare themselves to anyone. It doesn’t matter your size or race. You are unique and wonderfully made. Believe in yourself and you will go far. Far beyond [what] you can imagine.
