Tell us about your dance experience!

I have been dancing since I was 3. I started dancing in a Stoughton, Wisconsin at Stoughton Center for Performing Arts. I moved when I was 5 and started dancing in Portage, Wisconsin at Laura’s School of Dance. Miss Laura introduced me to tap in competitions. That’s when I fell in love with tap and everything competition. I entered my first competition with Miss Laura and won first place. When I was 8, I moved to Appleton and started dancing at Barb’s Centre For Dance. I auditioned for their competition team and started dancing with them and in competitions immediately. This year, I auditioned at Barb’s Centre for Dance and made the first-ever elite junior team at the studio. I continued my love for tap at Barb’s Centre For Dance and my favorite teacher. Miss Jen has brought out the best in me.
