The 96th Oscars was held on Sunday, March 10th, and televised live on ABC from Los Angeles’ Dolby Theatre. The night featured red carpet, big wins, and performances we’ve been waiting months for. Two of those performances were hits from eight-time Oscar nominee Barbie. Taking the stage to celebrate those nominations, Billie Eilish (who went on to win the Oscar for best song) sang “What Was I Made For?” alongside her brother Finneas O’Connell on piano and an orchestral accompaniment, and Ryan Gosling gave a Ken-ergetic performance of “I’m Just Ken” in a rhinestoned pink suit and an ensemble of dancing Kens.
