InnerSparkleYou may call it #Swag #Fierce or #Sparkle, but whatever you call this easily-seen confidence, the fact is: everyone wants it. When you see it on stage, you can’t take your eyes off of it.

Confidence can be hard to achieve, especially in this social media/digital age, when people are constantly comparing themselves to others. Whether you are trying to be “like” someone else, or trying to increase the “likes” on your latest #Insta post, it is tempting to always compare yourself to other people. It’s so easy to notice all of the good things that other people have, but not so easy to see all of the wonderful things about yourself!

That is why it is absolutely crucial for you to spend time focusing on the qualities that make you so great! While you spend countless hours in the dance studio, working on your technical and artistic skills, don’t just focus on where you want to improve. You also need to spend time remembering the very talents that you already possess. It’s always great to focus on getting better, but be sure to take a step back and look at how far you’ve come! Do that often enough, and you’ll immediately start to feel more confident in yourself.

Being the best version of you begins with believing that you are #WorthIt. Because you are. Every single person holds gifts inside them that are unique and special. But recognizing those gifts and developing that #InnerSparkle takes some time and a lot of practice.
