“I live each day with a positive mindset and aspire to be the dancer that inspires other dancers to lead each day with positivity.”
“A negative mind will never give you a positive life.” (Ziad K.) Over my 12 years of dancing, I have learned that positivity is the key to a successful life. I believe passion, determination, and hard work are incredible qualities that dance has taught me to live by each day. We are broken down each day with new challenges but dance has reminded me to take the positive way and triumph through each challenge. Dance is such a powerful art that has been my heart and soul for years with a positive effect on my life.
I want to use dance to be a positive influence on my community by making every human being and dancer feel loved, wanted, and respected. At my dance studio, we provide a class for individuals with special needs and they are the most positive people you will ever meet. Seeing the kids grow as dancers and humans makes me realize dance has such a big impact on a person’s life. Dance can put a huge smile on my face because of how beautiful dance can become. I live each day with a positive mindset and aspire to be the dancer that inspires other dancers to lead each day with positivity. I remind myself everything happens for a reason and try my best to spread my positive mindset to my community. Dance is a place where we can inspire others and can be inspired by others.
