Feel the Beat

If you want to feel reinspired when it comes to dance, this is the perfect movie to watch. It stars Sofia Carson as a dancer who ends up coaching a group of young dancers. It shows her journey from trying to make it in the Broadway world to falling in love with teaching kids dance. 

Ballerina

This is such a unique movie about dance that it will keep you invested the entire time. After escaping an orphanage with her best friend, Félicie chases her dreams of being a ballerina into a class at the Paris Opera and later an audition for the ‘Nutcracker’. Next Level

Next Level follows a group of teens competing at the performing arts program Next Level. A classic summer competition movie, working to be the best performer leads to plenty of drama, friendship, singing, and dancing. 

Hope Dances

If you are looking for a movie that’s not strictly about dance, then this could be a good option. Hope who wants to dance as the lead in the Nutcracker, but her parents also want her to pursue other sports. She can’t do both, and it’s up to her to decide to follow her passion or her parents’ dreams for her.
