“We use dance as a way to teach younger children how to use their time and develop skills…
We expand social and cultural interaction and provide an overall community feeling of togetherness.”
Dance allows for us to express our emotions and increase our awareness of ourselves. Somehow, we never get tired of dancing. We can dance for several hours with minimal breaks. It helps us push our limits. Our spirit comes to life when we dance. Our soul is soothed and we release energy.
We use dance to send inspirational messages that can uplift our community or society as a whole. The positive impact can help to boost the overall emotional and mental health of our communities as well. We also use dance as a way to teach younger children how to use their time and develop skills when they are not in school. We expand social and cultural interaction, and provide an overall community feeling of togetherness.
