Summer Style is Going Pink

Pink hair is nothing new. With so many shades and variations to choose from such as rose gold, pastels, and even Showstopper pinks, it is easy to find a style that matches anyone’s personality. Why are people hanging on to peach this summer? It is one of the most recent pink hair looks to emerge on social media. Merging the bright happy look of pastels with something a little different from millennial pink or dusty rose gold, peach stands out. #peachhair on Instagram, one of the largest sources of hair inspiration, bursts with over 87,000 posts of people sharing their peachy locks. Coming this Fall

Last week, the geniuses behind Mattel’s American Girl dolls announced that they were preparing a big project. Surprisingly, this project doesn’t have anything to do with dolls – well, not really. They are working on a musical production inspired by the stories about some of our favorite American Girl characters. Basically, all of those books you read as a kid are coming to life. Dream Dancers

To celebrate their incredible impact on the world, the 600 guests of the ball listened to talks from their major influencers, ambassadors, and contributors as well as musical performances from Pharrell Williams. Some of Showstopper’s Sparkle Society members were also able to attend the ball and celebrated by performing with the Dream Dancers. Sparkle Society members that appeared at ball included Gabe de Guzman, Connor Finnerty, Sharlize True, and Saryna Garcia. (Read the full article here!)
