How does dance have a positive impact on your life?

For me, dance has been able to alleviate much of the stress life brings. I have created many amazing friends throughout this journey, and I would like to consider my team family. Dance is not only a creative outlet but a way to remain active and healthy.

How do you want to use dance to have a positive influence on your community?

I want to perform with the intention of brightening someone’s day and putting a smile on their face. I want to teach dance in order to help relieve people’s stress and worries.
