We drew a little inspiration from our favorite vegan dancer and Sparkle Society member Lucy Vallely. Check out these yummy vegan chocolate chip pancakes she showed us how to whip up!
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 chopped banana
- 1.5 cups of oats
- 1 tsp cinnamon sugar
- 1 tsp coconut sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extra
- 1/2 of vegan dark chocolate chips
Now Lets Make it:
To begin, pour the oats into a blender. Blend until the oats are finely broken down. Next add the banana, almond milk, sugars and extract to the blender and blend well. Once everything is blended pour the mixture into a small bowl. Add the chocolate chips and stir until they are evenly distributed. After that you’re going to grab an adult, and have them cook the pancakes on the stove until they are brown on both sides. Let them cool, and there you have it. Yummy and healthy vegan chocolate chip pancakes. Feel free to add whatever toppings and syrups you’d like.
