Ingredients:

- 2 tbsp Blueberries, fresh
- 2 tbsp Strawberries, fresh
Refrigerated
- 1 cup Almond milk
Breakfast Foods
- 1/2 cup Rolled oats
Condiments
- 2 tsp Honey or sweetener
Baking & Spices
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
Nuts & Seeds
- 1/4 cup Chia seeds
Now Lets Make it:
Mix all of the above ingredients together in a bowl. Pour into an air tight container (we prefer a mason jar) cover, and refrigerate overnight. When you wake up in the morning sprinkle on some berries and a dash of cinnamon. Find your favorite spoon in dig in!
Fun fact: You can store overnight oats in your fridge for up to one week! This is a great way to meal prep if you have a super busy schedule!
