Do you ever feel like every week just starts off as a giant mess that you don’t quite figure out until it’s over? Well, it is time to end that! Here are some tips to help you tackle your week no matter what you have to do.


  1. Plan – Whether you are planning your weekly meals or your weekly goals, it is important to get a jumpstart on the week ahead by having a game plan. Having a visual for what you have to do throughout the week can help you better manage all those tasks you have floating around in your head. Don’t over plan, though! ¬†Give yourself a couple of things to do every day. If you finish early, you can work ahead, but don’t pile yourself with to-dos that can be done later.
  2. Clean – Now, you don’t have to go crazy and make everything spotless. (You aren’t Snow White, and chances are you don’t have a bunch of animals to help you either.) But tidying up a bit will help you start your week off fresh. Don’t have last week’s messes stressing you out this week! They are a thing of the past.
  3. Motivate Yourself – Give yourself some motivation to get things done everyday! Look at inspirational quotes, or just remember that your goals are achievable and that you will succeed. Believing in yourself can go a long way.
  4. Have a Positive Attitude – Along with motivating yourself, don’t approach the week like it is out to get you. Try to stay positive. If something doesn’t work out, work out a new plan so that it will.
