Dancers are no strangers to busy schedules. You get up early, and before you know it, it’s time to head out the door for a morning class, school, and everything else packed into your day. It might seem like there isn’t room for anything other than getting dressed and grabbing your bag, but there’s one thing you always have time for–breakfast. Don’t worry, time-cruncher, we have three super-fast breakfast recipes in mind, so you can get your energy and be on time.

This Breakfast is the Bees Knees

To start your day off sweet, a bowl of Greek yogurt topped with granola, strawberries, and honey is perfect. The granola will give you all the carbs you need to jumpstart your day while the yogurt gives you an added dose of protein before you hit the dance floor.

An EGGcellent Meal

If you have a little extra time to dedicate to breakfast, taking the time to cook some egg whites to go with a whole-wheat English muffin and your favorite fruit (berries are always a great choice) will set you up for a great day and keep you satisfied until lunchtime.

A BERRY Good Start to the Day

Prepping for a long day? Oatmeal made with steel-cut oats and topped with blueberries will give you the protein you need for the day ahead without taking a ton of time to prepare. Plus, adding almond milk will give your oatmeal breakfast a wonderful creamy texture.
