It might be hard to put down your favorite carbonated drink (they are addictive after all) and have a glass of water instead, but the switch will help more than it hurts.

3. Wake Up Early

You don’t have to get up at the crack of dawn, but being an early riser gives you more time to enjoy the day and be productive.

4. Go to Bed Early

“Early to bed, early to rise.” If you want to get up early, you’re going to have to get some sleep!

5. Exercise

You don’t have to be a bodybuilder pumping iron every day to include exercise in your routine. Get in a little exercise now and then. It will give you energy, and of course, make you stronger! Create a workout routine that suits your needs, stretch, and get a nice foam roller to relax those muscles afterward.

6. Go Outside

Turn off the TV, your phone, and your computer. It’s time to unplug and go outside! take a short walk or read a book, anything to get some fresh air!

7. Read More

Speaking of reading, pick up a new book and dive in! There’s nothing more rewarding than a literary adventure!
